You don't need to be logged in to look for books, but to put one on hold, renew books, or check your library account, login from the top right corner of Destiny.
How to Login to Your Destiny Account
Your User Name is your short Network ID (first 5 letters of your last name + first initial + middle initial + last four digits of your Student ID). (Use the letter "n" if no middle name.) Then use your D11 password.
Book Check Out Procedures
- You can have up to three books on hold
- You can have 2 books checked at a time.
- The checkout period is 2 weeks,
- You can renew as long as someone else is not waiting for it.
eBooks and eAudio download to your device right away and will check themselves in when the checkout period is over.
To read eBooks or listed to eAudio from PPLD, visit libbyapp.com in your web browser. Or, download the Libby App for your phone.
- You will need to choose Pikes Peak Library District (any branch) as your local library.
- Your PowerPass Library card number is your Short Network ID (just like for our school library)! Instead of using your password though, you have a PIN. Your PIN is your 4-digit birthday (two digits for the month and two digits for the date).
